Integrity Program Incident

This program has the ability to update a master file of incidents on computer interruptions and give a selective or complete report of these incidents for any given time period. In addition, monthly reports beginning with January 19XX up to the present month may be requested with a graph of performance. Other options include this list of instructions and a list of all incidents (in brief) for the time period considered for the report.
A report giving number of errors for the reported time period by peripheral unit and mainframe component is included with any of the graph options.

When the incident master file is updated, the following options are allowed:

1. A record may be added.
2. A record may be deleted.
3. A record may be modified.
